Hi, my car is a 90 vert with 42k original pampered miles and it is having a sort of revving problem...regardless of whether i am driving it or at a standstill. the car mildly revs. one guy at the A/C shop said it was some sort of feedback that seems to be engaging the clutch...i dont know what he is talking about though. does anyone know what is happening with my car? or has anyone fixed this problem before? help please anyone...

Ill take a blind stab and say that you should check the air pump thats going from your air filter to your engine... When I was having problems my mechanic said that that hose causes all sorts of problems and sure enough mine had a 1 inch crack going in it that was taped around and pull tied down to try and hold it together... As soon as I got a new one and installed it my engine was running a whole lot smoother
