Yup,they come on in neutral,and only neutral.I though it was fixed,for a while they worked properly,now all of a sudden its doin' it again.Any ideas as to what this is and how to remedy it??

Theres 2 wires coming out of the transmission with the same plug, and look nearly the same. Theyre single wires. One is the nuetral switch, and the other is ther everse switch. You have them switched. Find the 2 wires and switch them back.
