So my reverse lights are always on, regardless of if my headlights are on or not. Also my S5 tails do not sit 100% flush, the brake light part sits a little higher than the blinker part.

Any ways to cure my problems?

Recently just swapped out the lights, s4-s5 (it's a 1990 GTU)

 

Harness is wired wrong. Use your old harness
