Rev Limiter for S4?

I just added a Crane HI-6S to my Leading Coils and would like to also use the rev limiter feature of this box but can't seem to get it to work. Has anyone successfully added in an after market rev limiter and if so what did you use? We have an '87 Sport that we use for Autocross only, all emissions removed, vacumn spider gone, racing beat road race header, power steering gone, A/C gone, cone intake, Racing Beat flywheel and street strip clutch, but not much else at this time. We have caught ourselves with the Stock tach pegged and feel that we need to get a rev limiter in place to keep from blowing up the clutch.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Is the stock limiter a true limiter though? I know I was still acclerating with the needle pegged so that is why I was so concerned. This is a non-turbo S4 by the way if that makes a difference. My previous car that had a rev limiter really let me know when it kicked in and I haven't felt anything like that with this one.

I also did another search and this time found several articles discussing this and will be reading those.

you need another ignition box on the trailing coils also to get the rev limiter, cuz they will still fire.
