Rev limiter continued
I found the actuatorthat controls the 5th and 6th ports and found the way to open it. to open it i pushed down the plunger opening the ports as much as i could and tied a wire to it and then tied the other end around a near by hose thus holding it open. i dont know if i just didnt open it enough or what but i works to a point i get to 4000 still fine but when i try to go past it, it will go to around 4500 to 5000 while not sounding good at all and maxess out at around 5000 and it sounds really bad. i will try to further pull it down but are there any other ways to open the ports besides tieing the actuator down.

Malfunctiioning auxillary actuators won't keep a engine from reving to eight grand.
Your problem lies elsewhere. It sounds more likely you have the plug wires on the trail plugs *** backwards or the timing way off........or a bad apex seal or two. I figured all that out from piecing together all the information in your post above.
