Rev limiter at 4,500 rpm??
Rev limiter at 4,500 rpm??
so last night i was stopped reaching back for something on my rear seats, my car was warming up, and i accidently pressed the gas peddle. well the rpms GRADUALLY rose to 4,500 RPM then it sounded like it hit a rev limiter and just bounced from 4,500 to 4,000. it was pretty cool actually, sounded geh.
I dont have any EMS, no standalone, or piggy back.
streetported t2.
i was thinking it it was the streetport, like it didnt have enough power to keep gaining rpms but i have no clue.
it only does it when i slowly raise the RPM's not when i mash on it.
can someone explain?

secondary injectors. I bet your not getting the secondary throttle boddies opened enough to allow atomized fuel from the secondaries into the motor. Adjust your throttle body so the secondary throttle plates open sooner should help out a bunch. This is most likely a lean fuel condition so be careful.
