Question Restoring Question

well sort of... my license been suspened and im gettin it back soon and my car been sittin for like 4 months and stupid like i am i wasnt never home and its too loud to turn on at nite so i havent turned it on since god knows when... well i bought a new water pump - engine gasket and shifter bushings... my question is is the gasket good alone so it wont leak coolant or do i need use another thing on the gasket like ( Gasket maker BLUE)... also wat else should i change my oil? any other fluids?

ok the gasket - engine... im wondering if it will hold the coolant from leaking out again or should i put on some sealer on top of the gasket and then bolt the water pump on to make sure it will seal good
