restore LCA angle - ball joint on top

i found that the ball joint on the lower control arm can be mounted on the top side in place of the swaybar endlink bracket to restore a bit of angle after installing lowering springs. any ideas on this? a viable solution maybe? is it structurally sound? i'm aware it could only work if you don't use a swaybar... but i'm not rotary powered and can't use one.

That doesn't actually change the geometry, since the relationship between the upright and the pivot point of the ball joint didn't change.
