The cheap bastard's differential mounts
So a while back I had a 99 Tiburon that I filled the engine mounts using this DIY.

It's a pretty good writeup. The windo-weld worked great for stiffening up those mounts, but damn did it make the whole inside of the car shake. Pff.. piston engines.
Anyways, learning what I did there, and now that I have a 4.10 differential to put in my convertible, I took the opportunity to solidify the differential mounts using that DIY.
Unfortunately, I can't find Windo-Weld here now that i've moved to southeast Georgia. I even searched for it online and didn't get much, and Ebay had it for about $150 for a case. Whatever! I'll find something else...
So, I go to the nearest redneck automotive performance store. Lowes hardware. I find this stuff.

It's cheaper, and it's also polyurethane. Works just the same. You can find it in the caulk section. Just make sure if you do this, you get polyurethane, and not silicone or plain caulk, that would be stupid.
Hopefully this will stiffen up those bushings and give me better launches. Plus the differential bushings looked a little worn, so filling the holes up with Polyurethane probably only helped matters.
I hope this was at least semi-informative.

yeah i been thinkin about this, i did it to my old 240sx subframe bushings. I used the same brand, but they have one that is brown, that one gets really hard!! i did it to my tranny mount in that 240sx, worked great. You should be able to do your motor mounts as well, just tape off the bowl and pool it.
