resoldering the cpu

is there any instructions i could get to do this on my own to fix my horn and other problems that MIGHT have something to do with the cpu
ive just heard that resoldering will fix those problems...so i guess ill try

I had a problem with my horn that wasn't CPU related (although the CPU was at fault for a number of other problems I think)... on MY FC, the horn button on the steering wheel gets its voltage source from a little pin that slides on a metal plate behind the wheel. That little pin and plate was so dirty on my car that there was no contact. You may want to check this as well... just in case. Sandpaper and a little graphite lube ought to do the trick...
