I see the two bolts there but im wondering will i have to replace all the coolant as well and will the line be able to move so i can replace the gasket or do i need to take the whole turbo off.

you do not need to remove the turbo to replace the coolant feedline, but you do need to drain you coolant before you do it. Otherwise there will be alot of coolant dripping down.
Also the line is able to move slightly to put in new gasket. Otherwise unbolt the banjo bolt for the coolant line.
