Replacing my Jspec 87 Turbo with another

Just wondering before I go ahead with this...but my car currently has a J-Spec turbo on it. So I was told it has some sort of actuator near the downpipe instead of the usual location because of the right hand drive setup in Japan. Anyways, I want to get another 87 Turbo Used from a North American car and was wondering if it will bolt right up with no problems or additional mods. Are the J-Spec turbo systems have different manifold setups too or something. Can someone clear up this issue for me...thanks!

The twin-scroll has been flipped around.&nbsp If you stare at it, you can figure it out...
