Arrow replaced main harness not running quite right.

I replace my main harness due to melting, the BIG one that goes behind the dash into the engine bay with both fues box's on it. The first couple days I had the car running seemed to be running good a little rich but pulling hard. Now its wanting to flood on hot starts and wants to stall on start gotta give it a little gas then does good. idel is sparatic 1000-1200 normal driving but every once and a while wants to dip to like 500 and want to stall. I got a S5 turbo slightly ported wastegate, boosts to 9 in first and second and drops to like 6 by redline 3rd seems to hold alot better only drops slightly. its running really rich my friend said I blew big flames when i shifted into 3rd.
My mods are
3" exhaust
720 secondarys
Rtex 1.7
FD fuel pump
ported engine
I replaced the spark plugs the other night to see if that could be the problem didnt help Im gonna go get a new O2 sensor today and check the TPS see if that helps.
What else should I check and possible problems????
Thanks

I also check all the VAC lines and IC couplers and TID all seem good.

The FRONT harness has little to do with fuel delivery. That is done by the EMISSIONS HARNESS that goes to the fuel injectors, afm, boost sensor etc. Just FYI.

IF you used a turbo emissions harness on a non turbo FRONT harness then all bets are off or vice versa.

is it normal to be able to smell a little bit of gas when you put your nose up to the secondary fuel rail and UIM. I can see any fuel but I can smell some, its not enough to make my head hurt or anything its just a faint smell.

Edit:
its only when I stop shut off the car when its running I dont smell it at all.

Josh,

Do a search about this problem. If I am not mistaken, Reted had his 7 go up in flames due to the pulse damper failing and pouring raw gas on the motor. It's in here somewhere. But once you smell gas. you are on notice that you have a serious problem. Check out that thread, please.

I replaced the O2 senser and it helped drasticly!!!! now no smell of gas after I turn the car off, my eyes arnt on fire at red lights and its not bogging anymore. I hooked up my A/F gauge im still running rich wich is expected with the Rtek 1.7 but its alot better. im gonna drive it a little more tonight boost still seems a little low, on my boost gauge im only seeing like 8-10 psi VAC at idel, I think I got a leak or theres something wrong with my gauge.
