Exclamation replaced fuel injectors; car won't start

This weekend i replaced the fuel injectors on my '90 NA. before i put them on, i ohmed them out at about 13.7 ohms apiece. I am not getting any fuel now that i put everything back together. The only other things i did while i had the intake manifold off was repair the black connection on the back of the thermostat housing (one wire) next to the green connector. After this, i washed the car, and hosed down the engine with a regular hose. I used carb cleaner, and the car fired up. i also jumped the fuel pump, heard it run, and tried starting. No luck. I also checked for pulse on the secondary injectors at startup and got nothing. I do not know if the computer fired the secondaries at startup or not. I have power on both sides of the injectors with the key on. I'd love some diagnostic help. Thanks.

Not sure if this will help, but here are a few common things to why people's sevens don't run after engine work.

Faulty/disconnected AFM
Unplugged/faulty Coolant Temperature Sensor (the one on the back of the water pump housing)
Fuel Return and Input lines are accidentily reversed.

I had the fuel lines reversed problem... Whoops Just for the record, I don't think it can't be the AFM, since he said he jumpered the fuel lines. As far as starting the car, the AFM doesn't have anything to do with it. It will only cause a problem after 2 seconds. (the ECU puts some fuel in on crank, THEN the AFM kicks on). Of course, this may be different on S5s.. Who knows which car he's working on?

yeah, it is a series 5, but i dunno where or what the AFM stands for. the fuel lines aren't reversed...checked that today; i guess i'll check tomorrow for a possible pinched fuel line. i could hear the fuel flowing though...i dunno. grounds out of the PCM are only dropping 50 mV. any other ideas?
