replace torsion bolt orings?

we just torqued down my torsion bolts and flipped the engine over, got the front cover on, and realized RA included new orings and washers (my washers were fine) in my oring kit. would i be ok to leave the engine how it is and not replace those torsion bolt orings?

I would never reuse O-rings.

don't reuse your old ones... they're pretty important for keeping the bolts torqued to spec.

they're not important to keeping the bolts torqued but they can allow coolant to leak out, depending on what condition your old ones were in, i can't tell by "the old ones were ok" would determine if they would be ok to reuse.

well i have reused some on a rebuild that was only run for a short time but if it was a engine that had a fair amount of miles on it then i would replace them, just take them out 1 at a time in the reverse order, replace the o-rings and retorque them and move on to the next bolt, then recheck all of the torques on the bolts and it should be fine.
