What is the best repair manuals that anyone has used for their Rex?

Haynes, its ok nothing special but need it for the dash/door buchering.

Buy an FSM from the dealer if you can afford it. They're handier since you can have them right at the car when you're working on it.

Hands down the Factory Workshop Manual is THE best source for information. People will pour thousands of dollars into mods but ask simple questions that could have been solved by reading a sub $100 manual.

Racing Beat, Mazdatrix, Mazdaformance, and the dealer all have these.

If you don't plan on doing all the major work, the Haynes manual is also pretty good.

Yeh well Haynes is nice and simple. Cant go wrong with it. Yes it doesnt cover EVERYTHING but the basics/intermediate all good. Plus I leave all the expert stuff to the experst.

Haynes has more pics, but the FSM is really the best for technical stuff. Ideally, you would do what I did, and get both. The wiring diagrams in the Haynes PALE in comparison the the FSM.

I do have both BUT i like the simplivnes of haynes as its writen for beginers and i can folow it easier, maybie my brain is just wired to understeand tht way easier. AND as this is my first car that im doing most of the work myself im not 100% with the techical terms used in fsm.
