I would go with a brand new FD alternator with that stereo set up, tried, true, and tested.

or one of those 140amp tempo alternators, but remember high amp alternators do rob power

why would i sell all my stuff and then get the alternator to support it? Makes no sense at all.


I found a place locally that said they can build me a 120+ amp S4 alternator from a used alternator.

Like my s5 alt did, was rebuilt and still the lights dim

i ended gettin an S5 alt off the forum with a dual belt pulley. Now i just need to know where to get the pigtail(connector plug) to wire it up.

someone had 4 of those alt plugs for sale, to the OP you need the S5 plug, its different then the s4
