removing waterpump housing

Okay so I am getting ready to remove my waterpump housing to replace it (I snapped a bolt off in the filler neck and failed at drilling it out) So I was wondering when i put everything back together should I put some sort of grease on all the threads to prevent any rust like anti seize or something? Also on the housing to block gasket should I put a lil bit of gasket sealer on each side?
