Loss of power

to get a feeling of power-less steering go under the dash and pull the PS fuse. I actually prefer how the car feels without it most of the time.

I removed power steering and AC. took me about 3 hours spread out between a couple days. It's VERY helpful in opening up work area inside your engine as well. Spark plugs become a 2 minute job not a 2 hour job. The trick is just keep removing all the bolts till there's nothing holding it on anymore. I prefer the non-power steering. It allows me to feel the road more in tight cornering. And the power gain is noticeable after getting all that excess moving weight off the engine.
