Removing Door hand from door.

What's the safest way to remove the door handle from a 2nd gen. RX-7 without damaging them?

Unbolt the two 10mm nuts and remove it

It's not as difficult as it looks. IIRC you have to get one of the nuts with the window up and the other down.

hey what about the door lock cylinder? Mine is broken and I plan to get a brand new OEM cylinder keyed to the rest of the car, and I'm going to replace both the door handle and lock cylinder at the same time
