Removing decals??

I want to remove the factory decals on my 88 FC. They are brittle stickers that seem to be baked on. Does anyone have any hints on how to remove them without damaging the paint??

Regards, Pete.

WD-40 works the best, don't use brake fluid that will eat the paint. Just put the WD-40 on
and let it sit for a while and it should peel off. Then take a rag with WD-40 and wipe off any
residue left.

Hehe, yeah. Please don't take me seriously . Technically it'll work, but you'll need a repaint.
