Removed heater core...not the lines?

I removed the heater core from the cabin of my car but now there is a tube coming out of the engine block on the driver side with a pipe that when to the firewall and through the heater core. On the passenger side of the car also in the engine bay i have a hose that came from the firewall and all the way to the rad... wut do i do with these? if i block them wut do i use?

You can loop them. Those hoses are for coolant from the engine which is how you heat the cabin. So loop them, and the coolant will circulate.

Another option is to trace the hoses back to the origin. On end begins at the radiator, at the bottom opening. I'm not sure where the drivers side originates, but I'm sure you can trace it. Then block them off.

You need to look at the hose coming out of the engine. Take it off and go to the parts store and buy 4 feet (1.3m)of hose and hook it in where your old heater hose came out. Now take the loose end and hook it were that long hose coming out of the cabin goes into the radiator. simple.

Or buy a piece of tubing that is the same size at the two tubes going in/out of your cabin and hook both hoses to that tubing....again simple but ghetto

block em off. Use a hose with a bolt jammed in it.
