i removed my emissions this week and now im putting it back together. i removed the rats nest, did tb mod, and adjusted tps and now car wont start. it turns over but its not firing up. if i give it some throttle it will start to bump up the engine speed like its going to start but it just drops right back down. ive checked for vaccum leaks and found none, i only have 3 vaccum lines and all new rubber plugs cover the other nipples. anyone have any ideas?

Did you try deflooding the engine? I just had that same problem today.

well i tryed it, made my engine start but wouldn't hold idle. the engine was running very rough never heard it like this before and then it just died again.

 

im having the same problem ....i have these vacs left...boost sensor to stock spot.... fpr to upper manifold (near stock OMP on that row of three) ....LIM by the omp in the middle to the upper by the OMp also ...and then the omp line ( the fat one) thats it ...starts up but wont stay on ....tried the plugs ...checked vac leaks ....what kind of a problem is this a fuel ? a vac leak? or what.... also going to disconnect the 2ndary injector connectors and see if it runs ....

 

Make sure you hooked all your grounds back up, especially the one under the UIM.
