removed emisions=no start
removed emisions=no start
I recently removed my emisions stuff and now the car won't start.
When I put the ignition key to 'on' I hear a loud klicking noise comming from the fuel pump resistor relay, than another klicking noise comes in , I think from the solenoids and the fuel pump starts running. When I krank the engine only my leading coils ignite. Has anyone had this problem before, please help.

If you removed your BAC, you're gonna have to reset your idle. You can use the throttle set screw by the linkage. Screw it in a bit more to get the engine to start and hold an idle above 1500rpm, and then you can start slowly backing it out to get the idle to a more reasonable rpm.
After trying to start it the engine is flooded, the trailing coils are wet, the leading coils are a little bit wet, I already set the throttle a little bit higher.
But what consernes me is the klicking when the ignition key is in the on position, I think that is whats flooding the engine before I even start it and makes that the trailing coils don't ignite.

Yes, engine works again, have been looking with some friends of mine to find the problems. First problem was a blown engine fuse. The biggest problem was that I did the throttlebody mod and didn't put the levers back in the correct way
, so the gascable was much to loose and there was no way it could hold idle or even start because the trottleplates were closed. Now i still have a loud clicking noise when the ignitionkey is in the 'on' position. This is caused by the solenoids that used to operate the warmup system. Does anybody know how i can solve this, I heard you can put some resistors in?
