relocated battery for autox

I relocated my batter to the rear bin. Its in a SS box my dad made me, and its all bolted down. I was wondering will they bitch at me about that when I go autox in a week? It is a red top optima battery so they dont leak or anything. Basically I was asking do I have to have a vent for it? Or will they let me race the way it is right now?

I'm pretty sure they'll still require it to be vented, it's not too hard to run a vent though.

^^ ditto, just drill a small hole near the top and run small plastic tubing out under the car. Your local parts store should have what you need.
