So I think I have it narrowed down to either the fuel pump or the fuel relay switch... Now that my car is torn half apart... So if someone could just tell me where the relay is on my car?! Its a 1990 GXL

 

if you are talking about the circuit opening relay which controls the fuel relay and the pump, then its under the dash, above the gas pedal.

if you are talking about the fuel pump relay its behind the passenger headlights.

 

Im pretty sure it was the seond one you mentioned but Im guessing its probably good to check both so thank you!
