Title pretty much says it, started up this morning when I was leaving for work. A relay clicking sound is coming from right behind the guage cluster, the lights dim with it. The engines loss of power seems to be unrelated to the clicking, but as soon as it comes back, the car shoots a fireball out the tailpipe and then acts like nothing happened. Doesnt do anything at idle, only when your accelerating around 2k-3k, and it slowly goes away as the engine warms up. I don't know if there related or not but they both showed up this morning. Only thing I can think of that might have caused the problem... Accidently touched the main alternator wire against the engine lift point and shot some sparks, blew the main fuse but it seemed to be fine after that. The cars always run low voltage, but now during the "relay click symphony" it sits around 14 volts, dropping to 13 whenever the relay clicks, as it warms up the voltage drops back to its normal 12 volts. Any ideas?

And after its warmed up, the relay only clicks if you rev above 4000 and drop the gas, it clicks a few times as the idle drops.
