Regrounding points?
Replace it, then ground everything that is electronic like coils, throttle body, intake, etc all to the new cable.
P.S. GIANT wires are not needed, just some 12 gauge would be more than adaquate if you make good contact

Giant wires do just fine. I used 6 gauge in mine. Just be damn sure you solder your wire to the connectors or you'll be wasting your time.
As for locations, do a search for "ground". You'll get lots of info. Really, there's only about 6 spots to do. You'll have to excuse me for being too lazy to list them right now.

Really all I need to know is where to ground the ECU, and what on the ECU to ground.
When I got the car it hesitated at 3800RPMs, and would only accelerate at part throttle past that. Now it seems fine until its fully warmed up.
After warm up it comes and goes, sometimes it doesn't hesitat at all, most of the time its at 4500rpms now. All I did is run one ground wire from the battery to the body of the car.

Go to this web-site, it has pictures and all. http://wozzoo.tripod.com/index.htm
Click on Tech then ECU Grounding.
Replace the Neg Battery Cable. It's WAY too important to overlook
