Okay guys which is better for my 86 GXL`s 5 speed. It will grind while upshifting between 2nd and 3rd slightly.
Which should I buy?
Redline MT 90 (GL-4) http://www.redlineoil.com/products_g...57&subcatID=18
Or
Redline 75W90NS (GL5)

What do ya`ll recommend

I'll second that, MT-90
And check your clutch hydraulics - bleed, renew parts if necessary (hose, master, slave). I had a little air in the system, and it was *just* enough to make the clutch drag slightly when released. Made it crunchy on fast 1-2 upshifts, and it was hard to push it into first from neutral. After bleeding it is waaaaaay better!
