Which Redline tranny fluid?

My 88 GX is grinding in 3rd. Which Redline fluid should I use. One person said MT-90 and another said shockproof 75w90.

Please help, I've gotta get this done ASAP.

Thanks!

Call Redline - they will recommend "MT-90".

"75W90" is Redline's gear oil - it's not recommended in transmission with brass synchronizers.

MT-90. Do NOT use MTL. ONLY MT-90. Or you could run Royal Purple synthetic as well. I use Royal Purple 85w. It feels GREAT.

I used like 5 quarts, if I remember. The bottles were 2quart ones, and I bought 3.

MT-90 in the tranny and its a little over 2 quarts for a t2 and 2 1/2 for a NA. Each of the bottles are 1 quart.

Use the Shock proof for the diff
