Redline limiter not buzzing

mm im not sure if its a good or bad thing to not have the redline buzzer working.
i hit the redline a few days ago in my 91 fc and it doesn't go off, so im wondering where is it located and how could it been disconnected?

The redline/oil/coolant buzzer is located in the back of the guage cluster. There is a metal potentiometer that is used for calibration of the redline buzzer that may have gone out of whack. Don't screw with the plastic pot.

Also possible that the buzzer doesn't work entirely. This is dangerous, and may be caused by bad solder joints or dead buzzer.

maybe i should swap over the gauge and what not into a cluster gauge from my old fc. I know for sure that the redline buzzer works.
