Hey I was just wondering what model fc's came with the red and white lights on the doors? I have na 86 base that doesnt have them and the black door panels i ordered do, will the panel fit and how can i wire the lights if it does?

Yeah, My 87 (S4) Turbo II has them as well.

 

all power window models had those lights, your car should have the harness for them, just look for it. it will bolt right up either way.

 

91 tII has them

 

Models without power windows will not have the harness or wiring for the door lights.

The lights come on when the doors are opened.

 

so if I am wiring a spal window kit to the stock switches in a fc that didnt have power windows before, Am I corret in believing that I could not wire the lights? I would care so much if I couldnt, just making sure.

 

Yes, you can add the door lights to any model
