Exclamation Rebulit/smoking!?!?! HELP!!!

I have a 88 turbo2 rx7 which was just resently rebuilt about 2 wwks ago. Engine has a street port along with a overhaul......

as for my system I have a ported stock turbo which was also rebuilt around the same time....and a 2'5 inch RB down pipe conected with a resignator and 3' straight back apex exhaust system...(no cats)...

Well my question is ever since my engine was rebuilt the car has been smoking (blue smoke///oil I guess) and having an excessive oil and fuel consumption.....I bought a fuel regulator and it's psi is now 37lbs. but for some reason my air/fuel gauge marks that it's running RICH to the max!!!!!!! Whats going on???????

Am I smoking because of my setup????And also how can I lean out the system?!?!?!?I cant go below 35lbs psi.

Please help me!!!!!!!

Well, lets address the smoking. Who ported your motor?

did he freehand port or use a template? does this backyard mechanic have any experience with rotaries? sounds like either he ported into the oil control area or has a bad oil seal.
