Rebuilt wont start
Ok I did the timing of the CAS and lined up the leading mark to the crank and it wont start. The trailing plugs were fouled out and the leading plugs were ok. Cleaned them up and it still wont start. The engine acts like it wants to start. Do the injector connectors have a specific injector that they go to? I going to work my way backwards from assembly and see what I can find. But if any one has any clue please let me know.

Honestly your best bet would be to run a search through the forum. New rebuilds are tough to get started sometimes from what I understand. There's tons of different things you can do and check. Of course I will be eating my own words soon once I go to fire up my T2 conversion for the 1st time, lol.

I heard that fresh rebuilds flood real easily. Maybe try pulling the EGI fuse and crank it over, then put it back in and give it a shot. I dunno though, hope that helps some.

The motor will want to flood the moment it gets fuel.
First thing you should do is make sure all connections are properly installed. Make sure you have enough compression (add some ATF in the Leading plug holes), spark and fuel. Then make yourself a fuel cut switch. Its really easy to make. Under the steering column, there is a five wire plug, splice up the middle one (black with white stripe, if i could remember). Add a switch between the spliced wire.
When you start cranking flip the switch on until to turns over...once its running leave it an check for leaks. If you want to shut your car off flip the switch not the key, or might flooded itself again.
If it still doesnt want to start, add some starter fluid into one of the intake ports...(i usually pick the bottom of the 3 vaccuum hoses on the dynamic chamber.. that start cranking again...
It takes time... it took me half a day to get mine started..
keep us posted.
