rebuilt questions - (new or used products)

Hiya, well thankz for the replies in regards to my supposedly new engine that blew way too much smoke. So 1200 dollars later, I have a engine with blown apex seals, and another engine (the one currently in my 87 na rx) that obviously has some bad seals.

So a rebuilt is my only option, however I had some questions in regards to what to/not to use. Specifically if the housings, rotors, etc. fall within reusable specs, should I reuse them, or get things new? I just want this rebuilt to last me at least 50k miles (my old engine which had already 50k, lasted me another 50k - but I was redlining it everyday). Also I plan on giving it a big street port - but I was reading through the forum where a member stated that you should use turbo housings if you're going to street port it (n/a). What other parts should I also replace while I'm in the rebuilding process that ordinary rebuilt kits dont come with?

I would love to take my engine apart and attempt to rebuilt it myself, however I have no where I could do it, and hence have to pay someone.

thankz in advance

You just really can't tell until you get the engine apart. Find a reputable rebuilder and get a rebuilt motor. Mazdatrix is down your way, as well as tripoint..
