What would a rebuilt 13B blah blah out of a S5 T2 run me? Or mabey just a pull?

I have 2 options right now.
88 T2, low miles, S5 conversion, dead motor. Needs a new one. $1200 BLACK


OR

1990 T2, rebuilt motor, new turbo, rb exhaust, nice new paint and perfect interior. Needs tuning done, starting issue. $3700 Chery Red

Which ones worth it?
