rebuilding my 87 13b na have some ?s
I am rebuilding my 13b right now and I have a 13bre too will there be any benifit to useing the throttle body and injectors from the 13bre on my 13b I eill be megasquirting the motor also I am trying to build a@ 200 hp 13b and not lose the torque thanks
Will you be porting the engine, doing any specific mods...? You say you want around 200hp but dont explain how you are going about it.
Need more info
And dont bump your topic to the top, its annoying, you can wait for help.

you will have a hard time getting that motor to 200 hp with out some serious bridge ports or p/p.
sure if your M/Squirting you can use any injector you want but the stockers are more then enough
i would just swap the 13 b re in

well I am in kind of a hurry sorry about the bump.I have 24 days to get my truck done my list of things I will be doing goes like this 13b na cleaning up the ports no real port work .megasquirt and spark no emmisions at all header with nothing else maybe a header insert maybe some stuff off of mt 13bre like tb and injectors? I dont want to or have time to do the 13bre yet also low on the money .is it fessible to get 200 hp like this the only reason I dont want to port is I dont want to lose the little torque that I have this will be going into my proarena tuff truck .86 samurai toyota axles 4:88 gears coilovers in the rear with a 3 link truck weighes @ 2000 lbs tires are small they are 29x10.5x15 what do you think?
The RE TB will not fit on your 13b. The RE TB is larger than a standard 13b TB.
You will have no benefit to just installing larger injectors. It will just make the car run rich and lose HP.
Larger injectors give you the ability to tune down instead of tune up which is generally frowned upon.(ex taking a 550cc injector and making it close to 90% duty cycle compared to a 720cc injector at 60%...)
A street port is pretty much the only way your going to get around 200rwhp on a NA. THere's a thread with this debate and I think someone did it without porting but I think they're the only one to get near it.
