rebuildable with these parts?

i took apart a s4 t2 motor with unkown mileage or condition. upon removing the oil pan i noticed underneath the housings they were all black.

when i was removing the inner coolant seal around the bottom half of the irons the seal would just break apart but not brittle, it was like it was soaking in something for awhile and it got mushy and was really dark. the top half of the iron the seals seemed dry, and brownish.
i also notice there are some blueish "hot spots" around the intake area on the irons.
my guess is maybe it blew a coolant seal with the oil causing the coolant seal to get mushy and overheating? btw those rotor housings are from the rear one.

Most of those pictures are too fuzzy to tell, but at first glance everything looks acceptable. Check the link to the RotaryResurrection site for specific instructions on how to inspect irons and housings.
