well i havent seen "multiple" videos but i have seen the "DIY-RE 13B" video(s) from mazdatrix. I bought them a while back for like 100 bucks or something (rediculous price) and it came with a little "send back by mail" and i got 2 free rebuild posters from somewhere in new zealand, they help.......a bit if you dont want to re-watch the video every time you need to figure something out.
Bottom line: Excelent videos, very good visual and instructional information. The audio kinda sucks if you have too much bass, and their accents are a little hard to understand when they're both talking and laughing. Other than that i give this video a 10 out of 10.
Oh yea, i went down to mazdatrix the next day and one of the guys down there (Jeff) was telling me that he seen the videos and then watched Kyle rebuild a motor and said he was amazed at how uniformly Kyle actually builds motors compared to this video. The video makes it seem quite easy.

.....although the atkins video is 1/5th the price and still shows you how to rebuild the motor. I've watched it a few times and although I decided to not rebuild my motor and instead bought a rebuilt motor from someone else, I was confident I could do it with the video and the haynes manual.

Banned. I got OWNED!!!
I would've liked to have seen more though, such as clearancing bearings and such but I did pick up a few tips that made me think. "damnit, if I new that last time it would've been easier...."

Notice the time of my previous post... That is just about when I ordered the video from Mazdatrix. When I went to the Post Office this morning, the video was there.
I spot checked the vid, and all I can say is that it has great production value, is very easy to understand, and makes the job look easy.
I will let you know if that is so in a little while.
Note that right before ordering the vid, I found the weekly videos posted on the pineapple website. Even though the Pineapple videos are VERY informative, they are also very grainy and the details are impossible to make out.
It looks like the combination of the two will be more than enough to get the job done. I am glad to have this vid in my library!

I used the RA video and the Haynes book.
The motor fired on the first try and the break-in went perfect.
The only thing I'd add is measure the gaps after placing the center & back irons to verify that the underside O-rings don't drop out of place.
As on old-school option, I lightly de-glazed the housings by wet sanding with 600 grit autobody paper & ATF to hold the assembly oil film during intital start up and to maybe help with initial seal break-in.
It seemed to work. Compression was stable after 500 miles.

He probably has his own website now, but I got mine from Tracy Crook at Rotaryaviation: http://www.rotaryaviation.com (a very cool rotary engine site in itself)
