rebuild torque specs?

does anybody know where i can find the torque specs i'll need for my rebuild? i misplaced my little laminated sheet i got from atkins, and i have no clue what ft-lb to tq anything to.....

help...

Well then just tie a rope around the end of your ratchet and attatch the other end to your goat's tail and that'll achieve the proper torque settings

I thought u just rebuilt your motor? btw what torque specs do you need? i have my atkins sheet somewhere and if you need the whole thing i can probably rig my scanner to work.
