Question TII engine rebuild/swap and stuff

Hello all.
I think that I am ready to get a TII engine to swap into my 88 GXL. I am needing to know what to look for when rebuilding the engine and also if it would be possible or practical to use rotors from a NA because of the higher compression or would this be a bad thing?
1)What would be the best apex seals to use? Carbon, iron etc.
2)What about porting? I would be running this on the street but occasionally it would see some races at the track.
I want to make it look nice but do not have a unlimited amount of $$ to put into it so I need to keep it simple and also keep the aftermarket parts to a bare minimum (I have a wife and kids to keep happy )
Also, why do I have to change the brake booster for a TII swap?
Thanks!
