rebuild options...

hey i know theres been a lot of rebuild talk in the last week, but none of it answers my questions exactly, so i feel the need to make my own post....so here it is....

i want to mod my engine....ex. intake, exhaust, piping asap, but sooner or later i want to get a rebuild, now if i have my mods on there already, piping, intake, exhaust, etc. when i go to get a rebuild, am i going to have to change any of my mods? like will they not fit after the rebuild? i know this is the case when changing over to TII, but i was wondering if it also applies to mods and rebuilds....if i dont need to change anything i want to get all the piping, exhaust, intake, stuff done asap....

thanks

if you rebuilt into n/a...then you just stick with your n/a parts...if you make it into a tii...then you would have to change to tii parts....(i think)
