Rebuild motor wont start (not flooded)

Ok I recently rebuild my motor following the Atkins Rotary tape and streetported it. It started once but died quickly and now it wont start at all. Its not flooded and it has spark. Ive been trying to jump stat it off of my dads car but no luck yet. Anything you guess suggest checking? Sorry to post another "wont start" thread but I searched for about 15 minutes and couldnt find anything.

Thanks

I also removed my ACV and the anti-freeze in the intake manifold cold start. I cant figure out whats wrong? Could my computer be all messed up or something else?

If you re-used the housing, its because the seals are straight and the housing have little grooves in them. Its leaking compression. There isnt much you can do about it besides get it started and let it run for a long *** time.

if you think your ecu not working...heres how to test it.

Did you align your CAS and everything? A vacc. leak will make it damn hard to start, or having vacc. lines hooked up wrong, etc. Check fuel pump and all that stuff...

put some atf (automatic tranny fluid) in both combustion chambers. You can pump it in through the leading plug holes, you don't need to use much. this will help it start since new rebuilds don't hold compression very well. it will smoke like hell for about 10 minutes, but it's nothing to be concerned about

Turns out the timing was off so it soaked the hell out of the injectors and using my fuel-kill switch didnt help that. Ive dried the injectors and am about to try to start it again.

No luck as of yet. Im using ATF now and it will start and die within 5 secs. I dont know what is wrong with it. Ive checked the vacuum lines and they all seem to be plugged in. Does anybody else have any suggestions?

Start spraying carb cleaner. If you hit a leak it should start.

try holding the gas when it does finally start...u said u removed the cold start - they will start and die when cold sometimes w/o the cold start system. get it started and hold it at about 1500 or 2K for a minute or so, it should hold an idle after that, if not turn the idle adjust up.

have some one pull you around and pop start it. sometimes the starter does not even have enough juice to start it. sounds like a HAYES motor all the way!!
