hey everyone i have overheatd my car so that ever so popular coolant seal has gone. you can see it in the fluid if you take off the cap and when car is running you can see the overflow tank bubbleing. so anyhoo is rebuilding the answer? is the atkins rotary video worth it? and if so who would yall reccomend i go with? also if i do end up rebuilding it i want to go with a street port. is thre any templates or anything available? any answers or advice would be greatly appreciated

 

i have found a gasket set at mazda trix is that what i need?
atkins rotary has three differnt levels and each one is more expensive than the mazda trix one. but i think i need the first level since my motor has very fe wmiles on it. 20k on jspec.
so any insight would be greatly appreciated as to which company people would recomend
