NY Rebuild help

So im currently rebuilding my s5's motor and I ran into a bit of a problem. Trying to get the center plate on over the e shaft I must of pinched one of the water seals ( black one) and broke it. What should I do? Do i have to purchase a whole set now or does anyone sell them individually? Can I continue to use the same one? I tried using one of the old ones but they are way to stretched from when I originally removed them.

Yea thats very common to break. Ask around, some of the guys here might have an extra one laying around. In all honestly you should replace them but Good luck.
