rebuild fun
ive been having alot of problems with my rebuild and now i am stuck on this quest to find out why my fuel pump is being a complete retard so this is what ive done.
1. checked fuel pump relay in accordance with fsm found ok
2. check battery volts ( 12v) checked volts to fuel pump with key on jumps from 3v to 5 volts and everywhere in between...even when i crank it.
3. traced the pump wires back to nearest plug checked volts and got same just larger gap (1v to 9v)
4. traced wires back to weird box left of drivers foot and i guess it the electronic module.
and I'm spent, i have no idea what that thing does so thats where i need help
i also have one more question will the volts increase at the fuel pump when the throttle is pressed via tps i haven't check but wanted to know if that should happen.
as well as what volt should i be getting at the fuel pump
