rebuild it?

I've heard of most people waiting until their 13B blows to rebuild it. I don't want to spend more money on things that are broken during the blowing of the engine, so would it be a good idea to rebuild my Turbo2 before it blows? It can't be far off anyway, 140,000 miles, and its stock. I read the rotary resurrection page and he said that it takes longer to break in on a partial rebuild...is that true for the pre-blown rebuilds? sorry i know this is a lot of questions but im just trying to get an idea of what i should do. Thanks

well, its always better to rebuild before anything bad happens..... if you feel your cutting it close...rebuild it..... it will be less costly to rebuild it!
