rebuild 13b turbo...

Hello guys! I just recently got a s4 13b turbo complete no wiring harness and the rear rotor has no compression. I got it free from my friend. i opened it up and from what i can see ALL 3 apex seal are out (as you turn the rotor you can see air gaps thru the apex seals). Also on the rotor housing there are scores. Is there a way for me to cure that by using bonding compound or would it be ok to reuse it or would i be better off replacing it? I did not take out rear rotor to see th efront one yet. would a 13b non turbo rotor housing work as a replacement? let me know guys.
