how much do you guys think i should invest to rebuild my motor? I blew my stock seals by boosting it to 15 and now i need a rebuild due to loss of compression. I was wondering what should i rebuild, the max money i porb use is $2,500 for the rebuild, please give me some advice to what i need and what to upgradew, thanks, I'll update ya'll on my 13B when I rebuild it.... get ready for a monster!!!

Hard to say since you blew it. In fact, it's almost impossible to say until you actually open up the engine.

Blowing seals huh? Front or rear? Both? If it was just in either the front or rear only, not both, expect to have at least lost one housing, possibly 1-2 irons as well, and posibly the rotor. Most the time the rotor is salvageable, but whether or not it needs to be milled to 3mm seals instead is hard to say at this point, and it might actually be cheaper just to get another rotor depending on the resources you have available.

Bare minimum is all new apex seals/springs, side seal springs, corner seal springs (FD), o-ring kit (including front/rear main seal), oil control o-rings, various gaskets, thermal pellet or new replacement (sometimes called front eccentric thermostat), pilot bearing/seal is a good idea while it's all out, new rotor bearings are also a good idea since they're only 20 a piece and are a good investment, etc. That is the bare minimum in my mind at least.

From there it's just what else was taken out in the process. Check clearances of side seals and corner seals while the engine is apart, if you're doing it yourself, and replace ones that are out of spec. Make sure your iron surfaces don't have too much step wear otherwise you'll need to lap them. And so on. Like I said, it's very hard to tell until the motor is apart what you really need, especially when a seal has blown and you have no idea what it took out in the process.

1) 15 PSI didn't kill your stock seals... it was 15PSI without the proper amount of fuel.

2) you have to decide wether you are going to rebuild it yourself or buy one. Rebuild it yourself.. the rebuild kits cost around 1000 for a complete kit (I do not reccomend the short kit unless the motor had low miles) if you raoched the housings are rotors when the seal blew.... add a couple hundred for replacements.....

3) Now..... even once you re-build... you gotta think about proper fuel management, Intercooling, etc..... if 2500 is your budget.. your still going to be in pretty much the same position you were before you blew the motor..
