rearend movement

my rearend moves up evertime i give it gas and it moves down when i let off the gas what would be wrong with it

Broken Differential mount (s). It's easiest to drop the subframe and replace it. Also, for added stiffness, consider a pinion snubber. (a quick search will reveal a good writeup on how to install it).
